One of the options to apply for Grenada’s citizenship by investment program is to make a donation of US $ 200,000. In this option the main applicant can apply along with spouse and two dependent children below the age of 18. For every additional dependent, US @ 25,000 of extra investment is required for every dependent.

Real Estate Investment

You can apply for Grenada’s citizenship by investment program by making an Investment of US $ 350,000 in the real estate sector of Grenada. To make an investment in this program you will have to deposit a government fee of US $ 50,000 for a family of 4 members which include the main applicant. For every additional dependent, US $ 25,000 of government fees is required for every dependent.
