Investment Option 1
A minimum investment of €2,000,000(plus VAT)in residential property (or multiple properties) is all that is required for the right to citizenship.
Note : at least one property must have a minimum value of €500,000 (plus VAT)
Investment Option 2
A combination investment option requires q total amount of €2,500,000. A purchase of Government bonds(maximum €500,000) plus a residential property of €2,000,000 (plus VAT) for a total investment value of €2,500,000.
The applicant’s parents are eligible to obtain citizenship provided they purchase their own permanent residential property of a minimum value of €500,000(plus VAT).
Applicant’s children up to 28 years of age are eligible to obtain citizenship, provided they are financially dependent on the investor and are enrolled in university (3rd degree or masters program).
